Can my goal weight include me keeping all of my limbs?

A couple days ago, I downloaded an app on my iPod so that I can join the rest of the world in the year 2012 instead of continuing to track my workouts and eating plan via spreadsheets and handwritten notes. It seems pretty cool at first glance, but apparently I need to spend a bit more time with it.

This week I have been in "detox" mode. I'm just kind of tired of eating after all of that holiday-type food, so I've had lots of cereal, fruit and water and not much more. Also, I got an elliptical for Christmas, and I was on hold for a looooooong time today, so I stayed on it longer than usual. When I entered all of my calorie intake and workout info into the plan today, it said to me in these exact words: "If every day were just like today, you would weigh 106 pounds in 12 weeks." And then, "your calorie intake is too low and could be dangerous." HA! I'm pretty sure I would have to lose a limb or two to get down to 106. I guess I should communicate better with my little app, but I don't have the heart to tell it every day will definitely NOT be just like today. :-D

It's called My Fitness Pal. I've only had it on there for a few days, so I'm still getting to know it, but it seems really helpful and easy to use. Also, it's free, so I figured there was no reason not to try it. ;-)
